Hope Shop Boutique Opens to Support Domestic Violence Survivors

The Family Justice Center has launched its new Hope Shop, a permanent boutique offering essential items like clothing, toys, and accessories to survivors of domestic violence and their children. What began as a seasonally driven initiative has now transformed into a year-round support hub, aimed at providing dignity and choice for those rebuilding their lives. Thanks to a generous $25,000 donation from the Mark A. Monaco Foundation, the boutique offers a welcoming environment where survivors can “pick beautiful clothing…to make them feel that they matter” . The project was described as “a real labor of love” by outreach staff, reflecting the dedication that went into making this resource a reality.
