Judge Bloch Rodwin Honored with Lois Haight Award of Excellence

They were invited to hear Higgins sing the praises of Judge Rodwin, selected by the U.S. Congressional Victims’ Rights Caucus for a national award: the Lois Haight Award of Excellence and Innovation.”

Judge Bloch Rodwin accepted the award at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. Among her many accomplishments, Judge Bloch Rodwin was the founder and first Board President of the Family Justice Center. Invited to speak at the local press conference, the Family Justice Center’s Murphy praised ‘Judge Lisa’ for her passion and commitment to changing the system for victims of domestic violence and abuse. Said Murphy, “Judge Rodwin continues as a strong partner and mentor of the Family Justice Center. Her brainpower, compassion, energy, sense of humor, and determination to positively touch lives and deliver justice is downright extraordinary.”
