Murder victim’s sister battles domestic violence 25 years later

Debra Jaeger’s sister, Jill Cahill, was killed by her husband in 1998 when he poisoned her in a Syracuse hospital where she was recovering after he had severely beated her. Jaeger has put the pain of that loss into helping domestic abuse victims in Buffalo, N.Y.
